The Mission of this Project is to:

  • provide a system which will present data and information addressing pavement  technology issues of regional and local interest in the northeastern United States;

  • provide technical assistance on  paving and pavement technology issues to DOTs and affected transporatation agencies; and

  • provide a forum through which states may distribute the results of their pavement experience to other states and transportation agencies.
